Originally built as part of the farm and for agricultural purposes the outbuildings are a contemporary renovation within the curtilage of the Grade II listed cottage providing additional family accommodation including a studio bedroom, sitting room and bathroom.

The barn buildings broadly retain their existing appearance albeit with new glazing and clay tile roofing in lieu of the old dilapidated tile and corrugated metal roof.
